What you'll need...
- 200 grams cabbage → cut into large pieces
- 4 shallots → sliced
- 2 cloves garlic → sliced
- 3 red bird's eye chilies → adjust to taste
- 1 stalk green onion → roughly chopped
- 1 tomato → sliced as you like
- 3 white tofu blocks → cut to your liking
- As needed cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon bouillon powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
- 50 ml water
How to make...

Sauté the shallots and garlic until slightly softened, then add the chilies.
